Great amenities and excellent location that made exploring the city easy. the staff was friendly and accommodating. We also enjoyed the comfortable bed and pillows.

the bathroom was also not as clean as we had hoped for.

Near dubai creek and all the action. It's less than a 15-minute walk from Deira City Centre subway station...

Great location right in front of the creek 🌊. You can find Al Safadi restaurant just a short walk, only 600 feet away from here, making it super convenient for grabbing a delicious meal.

Good location for public transport

The finish in the bathroom, lots of mold / limescale, shower taps almost hung from the wall.Shower door to the room, bottom completely rotten

It was quite good for the price except that they did not provide me with a baby cot. I was on the top floor so was not disturbed by the disco which is on the first floor.

I didn't like when they took my passport while checking in telling me that they needed it for a scan, and said me to collect it after paying the money.

Additionally, the staff at the hotel are friendly and accommodating, always ready to assist with any requests. The rooms are clean and comfortable, with a king bed providing a great night's sleep. The breakfast offered at the hotel is delicious and satisfying, providing a good start to the day.

No aspect was a letdown, everything was up to par.

The Hotel is to "Noisy" Can't Sleep, there is a link Water at the Toilet coming from the other floor, the Door of other Room when they close so loud.... The Cable tv is So So so Bad.. Please improve your Rooms

I recently had the pleasure of staying at a hotel in the Al Riqqa area for my first visit to Dubai. The hotel staff were incredibly efficient and I was checked in within minutes, even though I arrived late at night. The room I stayed in was on the third floor and it was spacious and comfortable, with a king-sized bed that was perfect for two people. The room was equipped with all the basic amenities I needed, including a mini-fridge, a table, a chair, and even a sofa. The LCD TV worked perfectly and there was also a hairdryer in the bathroom. I was pleasantly surprised by the level of cleanliness in the hotel, as the cleaning staff did a fantastic job of keeping the room tidy and the air conditioning worked perfectly, providing a comfortable temperature throughout my stay.

All in all, my stay at this hotel was fantastic.

The water did not heat up enough and for a six footer like me the bed was slighly small

The customer service was excellent, with very polite and professional staff at the front office. The quick response to guest requests was excellent. The food was also very tasty, although there could be some improvements in room service. I would definitely recommend this hotel.

We had an enjoyable stay at this hotel. The location was excellent as it was close to Al Rigga Road with all its various restaurants, making it easy for us to find somewhere to eat. the hotel was situated near a metro station, made transportation very convenient for us. We found the hotel staff to be helpful and accommodating. They provided us with a kettle and bottled water when we requested it.
